IP Centrex

IP telephony has shattered many of the barriers that have traditionally held back Centrex from addressing a wider audience. Now, advances in softswitch technology, service creation, and the ASP business model, VOIPSTERS is making Centrex a killer app for the new network.

For years, Centrex has been a good, solid business for the large telecoms companies and tier 2 providers but it's never caused all that much stir industry-wide.
